Change is ever-present! Managers, supervisors and leaders regularly face change and need to understand how to adapt to change to be successful. Great HR partners know how to support and lead their employees through change.
In this hour-long session, we will explore the transition curve: the four phases, determining where employees are and how to help them through each phase to minimize resistance to change.
About the Speaker:
Val Harlow is known for her ability to understand talent, learning and people requirements and deliver strategic solutions that achieve business objectives. Before joining EANE, Val was the owner of Leadership Heights, a strategic planning consulting business. Prior to that, Val spent over 25 years in the financial services industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Westfield State University and a master’s degree in Training and Development from Lesley University. Val is a Northampton Dollars for Scholars board member.
