This seminar will help HR practitioners to develop and implement effective communications strategies. While many of the techniques we will discuss are suitable for a business as usual environment, some are especially useful in a crisis such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Attendees are advised to adapt the application of the various approaches and steps based on, among other things:

· The company’s culture
· The size and capabilities of the HR team
· The nature of the workforce
