    This thought and action provoking session will arm employers with tools to ease anxiety, promote healthy work environments, and offer an improved focus on working in “the new normal”. Kicking off the session, Sara Tarca will discuss policies and strategic initiatives, including some that can be “re-imagined” in the post-COVID-19 setting.

    Through the lens of empowered performance, employee engagement and experience measures will be discussed, promoting an understanding of actions to take that satisfy both business objectives and employee concerns. Mettie Spiess, will facilitate part two of the program, blending best practice and innovative solutions that employers can use to protect employee mental wellbeing and their bottom line. Emphasizing the practice of Voice.Value.Vigilance., Mettie will include interactive exercises, demonstrate the value of mentally healthy teams and promote stigma-free culture transformation.


    Attendees will:

    Understand benchmark evaluations that can be utilized in assessing Empowered Performance initiatives.


    Receive best practices insights as to post-COVID-19 impact to long term employee health status, as well as targeted initiatives to address population health risks.


    Obtain strategies and tools for immediate use to achieve organizational mental wellness goals.

    Undertake interactive exercises (sent beforehand for best engagement and outcomes).

    Master the process of Voice. Value. Vigilance. to support and proactively reduce the cost of a crisis.
