A “new normal” is finally settling in for most employers, with employees gradually returning into the workplace or adapting to a remote work environment. While employers are adjusting to a new model, the general operations of HR and benefits are humming along!
Offering competitive benefit packages can be tough with the rising cost of healthcare squeezing an already tight budget while the economy is on a precipice of a deep recession. Communicating those benefits can pose an even greater challenge.
Aon will lead a discussion on enhancing and communicating a strategic benefit plan, helping HR leaders find ways to contain or even cut costs while enhancing their overall portfolio with solutions to specifically address some of the employee challenges the pandemic has posed.
The health care industry continues to change, particularly in light of recent legislation, so we will provide meaningful information to evaluate technology and savings opportunities associated with your total rewards program.
