    While COVID has captured headlines and attention, many issues facing employees and employers have grown increasingly complex and diverse. This evolving workplace dynamic stresses the importance of managers not only being educated on HR requirements, but more importantly, knowing how to create an inclusive and respectful culture. Join Gallagher’s Human Resources consultants to discuss trending employee management considerations. We’ll walk through both familiar and developing topics, medical marijuana, sexual harassment, leave laws, and immigration policy. After outlining these important subjects, we’ll dive into actionable insights to effectively address each so you can continue to focus on protecting your greatest asset, your people.

    Program Objectives Include:

    • Develop and maintain an HR compliance strategy that aligns with your HR policies, procedures and systems.

    • Implement best practices for managing compliance for current legislation and in preparing for new legislation.

    • Enhance and/or formulate your talent strategy for the new workplace environment.

Tamara has more than 25 years of HR and consulting experience in the financial services, transportation and pharma industries.  She has led strategic and tactical delivery of HR services for complex, cross-functional projects as part of M&A, integration, restructuring and change management initiatives. She has provided consultation, effective recommendations and support to companies in the areas of HCM strategy and execution, HR policy, process & system design, compensation, total rewards, performance management, talent management strategies, and communication strategy and deployment.
