WEBINAR: Connecticut Paid FMLA: What You Need to Know

On June 25, 2019, Connecticut state legislators signed off on a comprehensive paid FMLA leave insurance program for employees…the most generous paid-family-leave benefit in the country.

This initiative offers another option to employees who need medically-related time off, and will co-exist and interact with other statutory leaves:   CT State Family Medical Leave, the federal Family Medical Leave Act, Connecticut’s Paid Sick Leave program and perhaps even the Families First Corona Virus Act.

Join us for an important event on what you need to know to comply with this new legislation, now and in the coming months, including:

Who is eligible for this new state leave program?
Under what circumstances will an employee qualify for this leave?
How much money (and time off) can the employee receive?
How does this interact with state and federal FMLA?
Will the different leaves all run concurrently?
