Supercharge Your HR Career
We will spend the first half hour of the time together to engage our esteemed panel in a discussion focused on career development. Our panelists will be sharing stories of how they have navigated their own careers and gained invaluable insights that will help you supercharge your own career. Also, we will break out into groups for an interactive exercise. Lastly, we will announce our drawing winners and close out our event.

Kyle Wiley, MSHRM, SHRM-SCP, Panel Moderator
Kyle Wiley, SHRM-SCP is currently an HR Business Partner at Webster Bank, where he is passionate about providing strategic HR support to senior leaders across the Consumer Banking business line, as they manage through various aspects of the employee life cycle. Kyle holds an undergraduate in Finance at Southern Connecticut State University and a Master's in HR Management from UConn.
Janet Schaeneman, HRACC Chapter President
Janet Schaeneman, is the current President of HRACC and Director, Organizational Development and Training for ProHealth Physicians, part of OptumCare, a care delivery organization with over 70 practices across the state of Connecticut. A strategic Human Resource Professional, Janet has a diverse background in talent management on a wide range of human capital issues to include leadership and team development, clinical and non-clinical onboarding, succession planning, and change management. A persuasive public speaker with a solid background in the creation and execution of presentations on topics that include leadership, emotional intelligence and various team development models. A certified executive coach skilled in the use and interpretation of 360 tools, Hogan, DISC and MBTI. Additionally, she has served as a senior talent management consultant for a global firm where she partnered with leadership from a wide range of industries to provide guidance on the planning and execution of workforce reductions. She holds a MS degree in Human Resources Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and numerous professional certifications.
Rob Felder, CEO FelderWorks, Incorporated
Rob Felder is the CEO of FelderWorks, Incorporated - a talent and trainings solutions provider.
Over the past 10 plus years Rob has had the opportunity to work with a number of non-profits and Fortune 500 companies, where he helped to recruit, train and mentor young leaders and get them prepared for the next stage of their career.
Rob is also the Program Manager of the Minority Advancement Program for the Office of Higher Education, where he works with a number of colleges and universities to create engaging programing that assist students of color to remove barriers and find new levels of success.
Rob has a MBA and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of New Haven.

Turkessa Antrum, MBA SPHR, SHRM-SCP, HRACC Certification Director
Turkessa currently works as Senior Vice President for Community Health Resources. She has over 22 years of Human Resources experience with 15 of those years in progressive leadership positions throughout her career. In her current role she serves as a strategic HR executive, overseeing the organization's HR, benefits, talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, HR information system, compensation and training functions. Turkessa has held several leadership positions in non-profit and healthcare organizations, consistently focusing on creating strong organizational cultures and positive work environments. At her current organization, as a result of her leadership of workplace issues, they have been named a Hartford Courant Top Workplace for the last 7 years in a row. Prior to that, Turkessa served as Vice President of Human Resources for the Village and Families and Children for six and half years where her work led them to be a Hartford Courant Top Workplace for the first time, and consecutive years after, prior to her departure. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland University College where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree, her Masters of Science in Human Resources, and her MBA. Committed to giving back to the HR industry, Turkessa has previously served on the board of the CT SHRM State Council and currently serves as Certification Director for HRACC.
