WEBINAR: Employee Wellness: Mindfulness as the Path to Emotional Resilience and Mental Clarity
Over the last year, COVID has disrupted the way we live and work. Now it is even more important to make time for your personal well-being and enjoy meaningful connection with others. Mindfulness practice can improve all areas of health — physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and social. Discover how to build resilience and create stability during times of change and chaos. Gain access to a free mindfulness program and share this tool with your employees.
As a result of this session, participants will be able to:
• Define mindfulness and analyze its benefits
• Identify ways to integrate mindfulness into the workday
• Create a plan for starting and sustaining a meditation practice
• Access a free tool you can share with your colleagues
