Our presenters, Toni Locklear, and Nikki Carusone, of Darien, Connecticut- based HR consulting firm, APTMetrics, will address HR’s role in meeting the challenge of fair pay in the workplace.
They will share the current state of the pay gap in 2021, and discuss the evolving legal landscape surrounding pay equity. They will cover key features of new fair-pay laws implemented across the country, and dive deeper into the details of the tri-state area’s laws. They will also review
