While everyone in the organization needs to contribute towards making the workplace diverse and inclusive, HR plays a particularly key role. This 1-hour session is geared towards providing HRLA members & HR Leaders with fundamental tools to use when prioritizing Belonging, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, (BEDI) in workplace practices, hiring, outreach, & policy.

With a solutions-oriented approach, Jamal will focus on the following key elements:

    a) The importance of equitable recruitment, hiring, and retention practices.
