    As we all experience a collective 4th Quarter that is going into Overtime, we know our employees are experiencing burnout, stress, emotions, and a strong desire to "get back to normal".  Organizations can throw the "Hail Mary" pass and hope for the best, or choose to model and train their teams to reimagine work, using the opportunity to gain resiliency, productivity, and joy. This session will focus on (3) key elements that result in a successful game plan: Work/Life Integration; Mental Wellbeing, and the Convergence of Health and Wealth.

    Attendees will learn:

    • Foundational elements for positive growth and impact in each area
    • Analytical tools and assessments that can measure trends and population benchmarks
    • Innovative policy and protocols with case study illustrations
    • Communication tools and technology that can enhance engagement opportunities
    • Cultural adaptations for the hybrid work ecosystem

    Speaker Bio:
    As a Wellbeing Strategy Consultant, Sara Tarca utilizes over 20 years of experience in the Wellness and Health Promotion industry to support employers as they look to navigate and make strides in workforce health improvement. Throughout her career, Sara has provided insight, strategy, program development, and trend analysis to client populations as related to health improvement, cost containment, benefit structure, and RVOI. Her experience working “both sides of the table”, first as a practitioner (personal trainer, health coach, clinician), then as a representative for the insurance carrier, advisor, and benefits administrator, has allowed Sara to develop a unique understanding of the needs and challenges that employers face in the wellness arena.
