Join us for an interactive discussion to help HR professionals identify burnout in their organizations and learn strategies to combat it.

In 2019, the World Health Organization declared burnout an occupational phenomenon “resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed.”

What can HR do?  We need to be on the lookout for the signs of burnout and work with leaders to ensure the organization remains a quality workplace environment with rewarding work.   We can help change the degree to which workers risk burnout in their organizations by spending more time recognizing results, providing better support, encouraging self-care and making it easier for employees to manage their demands to an appropriate level.
Attend this session to learn how, including:
    • Cultural norms that can exacerbate burnout
    • Prioritizing urgent, important, rigid and flexible tasks
    • Using visual cues to prioritize to-do items
    • Policies impacting employee well-being
