    VIRTUAL: Thriving Forward with Mindfulness for HR Professionals

    Empower yourself with mindfulness skills to improve all areas of health and well-being - physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and social.  Participate in a guided mindfulness meditation.  Discover how to build resilience and create stability during times of change and chaos.  Explore ways to cultivate a meaningful connection with others.  Leave with concrete practices you can implement immediately!  

    Participants will learn how to:
    -incorporate mindfulness into the workday, and
    -create a plan for starting (and maintaining) a meditation practice
    -bring an easy-to-implement mindfulness program to your employees

    NOTE: This event will be recorded and available for playback for 45 days post-event.
    This program has been submitted to HRCI for 1.0 Recertification Credits, and to SHRM for 1.0 Professional Development Credit.  Please note: you must participate in the entire webinar to receive credit.
