    Maribeth Martino is the Director of the Background Screening and Investigations Department at SSC, Inc., in Shelton, CT. With a focus on compliance, she directs a team of investigative professionals responsible for researching and analyzing hundreds of thousands of criminal and credential searches on candidates annually.  She oversees all client services, operations, contracts, and compliance program. She is an active member of the Professional Background Screening Association and SHRM. She has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University and MBA from Western Governor’s University.
