Infusing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Into Your Return-to-Work Strategy
    for a Thriving Workplace Culture

We are partnering with the Staffing Management Association of Southern New England for this event:
As organizations continue to recover from the ripple effects of the pandemic, many have and are planning to implement an approach to return their workforce back into the office. The risk of not thoughtfully incorporating DEIB into these plans could result in negative business ramifications due to low employee engagement, and an erosion of culture, which adversely impacts the ability to attract and retain talent.

Our speaker will leverage her experience as a small business owner and consultant to offer tips and strategies, grounded in real-world examples, to assess your organizations' current return-to-work strategy through the lens of DEIB, and offer relevant solutions to further strengthen your rollout plans.

    Key Takeaways
    - Assessing your RTW strategy against DEIB principles, make enhancements and measure progress
    - What steps to take to influence stakeholders and gain buy-in and alignment
    - Where to go for additional tools and resources as needed, both inside and outside your organization
