    The presentation will feature a discussion of when an investigation is legally required, how to plan an investigation, how to define the scope of an investigation and other key topics. The presentation will address strategies for interviewing, evaluating witness credibility, and report writing.  We will also examine how to proceed once an investigation is completed.

    Key Learning Objectives:
