    HOLLY L CINI is a principal in the Hartford, Connecticut, office of Jackson Lewis P.C.

    Holly regularly defends clients in employment-related litigation, including whistleblower claims, general retaliation matters, employment discrimination and harassment claims and ADA and FMLA litigation in all forums ranging from trial courts to administrative agencies to the state and federal appellate courts. Holly has extensive experience in every phase of litigation, from discovery to trial to appeal.

    Holly also advises clients on corporate restructuring programs, including plant closings, mass layoffs, and other reductions in force; compliance issues; executive compensation and employment agreements; litigation avoidance; and limiting legal exposure in all aspects of employee management, from hiring to termination. She provides advice to corporate clients regarding the employment implications of proposed mergers and acquisitions. She is a frequent speaker at client seminars and performs on-site training at client sites on a regular basis.
