The collaborative goal between the University of CT School of Business and CT SHRM is to facilitate networking, education, and relationship building between professionals and undergraduate students interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources. Mentors who commit to this 4-week program are asked to complete a 45-minute virtual training entitled “How to Be a Mentor” and four career conversations. The suggested time per session is 30-45 minutes.
