In 2022, Sergeant Chris Marciano retired after 25 years' service in the Waterbury Police Department.  Even before retirement, he recognized the passion that would carry him into the next phase of his life after police work:  providing expert safety training to indviduals and businesses on the topics of situational awareness, de-escalation of dangerous situations, and how to handle active workplace threats.  His business, Prepare to Act, was founded in 2011.
