Our lives and careers are in a constant state of change. Regardless of the size of the change, it can stir up a lot of emotions.
We are often provided with change management training throughout our careers. However, often that training is lacking information on how we navigate through our own feelings in order to effectively help our employees navigate through theirs.

In this conversation we will discuss:

    • The factors that can make change more difficult.
    • The importance of self-awareness during a change.
    • Finding ways to accept, and even appreciate, change.
    • Leading your employees through the emotions of change.

    Key takeaways:

    • Understand the factors that can make change more difficult.
    • Understand the importance of self-awareness during a change.
    •  Find ways to accept, and even appreciate, change.
    • Understand how to lead your employees through the emotions of change.
