Our presenter for this program is Kara Chamberlain, Talent Acquisition Manager for Ability Beyond in Danbury, where she is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment strategy.
In this difficult recruiting climate where there are more jobs than people to fill them, our presenter will share with us her tips and tricks – ideas that you can immediately use when sourcing and recruiting new talent. This presentation will include:

Kara Chamberlain
Kara oversees the recruitment team and strategy for 50+ Connecticut programs at Ability Beyond. She has managed recruitment for entry-level, mid-level and senior-level positions within various departments, including Marketing, HR, sales, finance, IT, clinical specialties, and direct support.
Most recently, she has also been leading her organization’s implementation of a new comprehensive software recruitment platform including applicant tracking, supply chain and programmatic advertising. Kara also serves as as officer and treasurer on the board of the SHRM Western Connecticut chapter.
