Join us in a conversation with Judy Reilly, Director of UConn’s Center for Neurodiversity and Employment Innovation, about how companies and universities can improve employment outcomes for the pool of neurodivergent (ND) students and alumni with autism, ADHD, dyslexia and other learning differences across college campuses. Learn what “neurodiversity” really means, how it is relevant to recruiting, interviewing, and retention efforts, and what universities and employers can do to start or grow a neurodiversity employment initiative. The goal of this session is for participants to understand how to better connect a wider population of ND job seekers at the college level with an audience of employers who understand, value, and are ready to support neurodiversity within their organizations.
