This webinar will outline how you can use numbers and metrics to better engage your leaders.  We’ll walk through a typical scenario and how you can engage your leadership team effectively. It starts with using what you know, meeting them where they are and then going deeper to tell a nuanced story.

You will leave with ideas for data you can use or easily gather, as well as mock-ups of data visualizations to use in telling your own data-driven stories.  Speak the same language as your CEO by using metrics to make your point!

This will be a highly-interactive session.  Attendees will be engaging with others virtually and in break-out rooms.  Please come with your camera ON and be ready to participate!

    Key Takeaways

    • Assess common HR metrics to help answer leaders’ questions.
    • Identify key metrics beyond the basic ones to tell a nuanced story.
    • Apply simple data visualization strategies to convey a crisp, clear message.
