Compensation planning in 2023 will be no different as employers have a renewed focused to ensure that their compensation programs are properly designed to recruit and retain top talent. He has experience in human resources, benefits, and compensation design. Tom also has experience consulting with companies with particular emphasis on executive compensation and performance management.
