    Noelle Alix is an inclusive employment advocate and co-founder of BeanZ & Co., an inclusive café with the mission of providing employment opportunities to people with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities. 
     
    Heather Gombos, SHRM-SCP is Vice President of Business Operations for MicroCare, LLC a global company that provides critical cleaning fluids and tools to numerous industries including aerospace, defense, telecommunications, and electronics manufacturing. 

    Amy Rocco serves as the Employment Services Coordinator and Business Developer at Favarh, connecting employers from various industries with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities and are looking for meaningful employment opportunities. 

    Stephen E. Morris serves as the Executive Director of Favarh – The Arc of the Farmington Valley, Inc., a nonprofit organization committed to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
