    Today more than ever HR professionals are struggling with burnout, fatigue, and feeling
    overwhelmed. Mental fitness is a practical approach which helps people handle life’s greater
    challenges without mental stress or other negative emotions. In this personal and professional
    development webinar, Coach Jackie Ross will provide the framework developed through
    Positive Intelligence (PQ) to build the three core mental fitness muscles to help people thrive
    and achieve greater happiness even in difficult times.


    Coach Jackie Ross is an ICF certified (PCC) Career Development and Mental Fitness Coach
    (CPQC), is the author of the book Manage UP! The Ultimate Guide to Managing Your
    Manager and is a professional speaker and presenter.

    Coach Jackie earned her bachelor’s degree in human services and counseling from Lesley
    College and her master’s degree in management and organizational development from
    Cambridge College.

    Coach Jackie works with HR professionals and leaders who want to ditch their fears and self-
    doubts, elevate their confidence, and take fierce action toward achieving their desired careergoals. She leverages her mental fitness training so that she can work with her clients on the rootcauses that sabotage their desired outcomes.
