    During this session, our presenter, Maurice “Mo” Cayer, Ph.D., will educate us on the AI tools and applications, and their uses within HR platforms, training programs, and HRIS analytics.  We will delve into how AI can be a time saver and teach you how to enhance Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Learning & Development. 

    Expect great insights for utilizing AI-driven tools and vast improvements in HR processes, including real-time feedback on job descriptions, identifying top candidates, optimizing training programs, and even flagging employees who may be at risk of leaving. 

    A live demonstration will be presented using Generative ChatGPT to perform 2-4 HR tasks.

    Maurice “Mo” Cayer, Ph.D.

    As a career-long applied industrial/organizational psychologist, O has extensive corporate experience improving organizational and human resource effectiveness. He is a Distinguished Lecturer, and coordinator of the MS-Human Resources program, at the University of New Haven, with joint appointments in Psychology and Management Departments, and teaches courses to MBAs and master’s students in HR and I/O psychology. Mo is a member of the American Psychological Association, Academy of Management, Society for Human Resource Management, Association for Talent Development So. CT Chapter, where he is on its board. Mo earned a Ph.D., in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, from New York University
