    Chris Curtin
    The Connected Approach

    As a speaker to HR audiences, Chris Curtin brings passion, authenticity and humor to motivate and inspire the devoted professionals who are both the heartbeat and conscience of every organization. With experience as an HR & Talent executive at Fortune 50 companies, Chris founded Connected Approach Partners to develop leaders to their full potential and enhance the HR function's capabilities using practical strategies and solutions.

    As a self-described "recovering perfectionist," Chris is a "serial encourager" and "positive irritant" that drives growth and makes HR dreams a reality. Chris is a magna cum laude graduate from Saint John Fisher University, holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and is a member of the New York State bar. Chris is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Mental Fitness Coach through Positive Intelligence®, and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

    Chris resides in New England with his wife, two daughters, and the family’s mini-goldendoodle. He serves on the Board of Directors for Suffield Community Aid, an organization that provides supportive health and social services for Suffield residents in times of need. In his spare time, Chris enjoys exercising, cheering for the Boston Celtics, and collecting SAAB cars.
