    PRESENTERS

    Deb Davis, SHRM-CP
    Deb is a strategic HR professional with over 17 years of experience bringing energy, enthusiasm, and passion to HR.  Her core expertise is in benefits, onboarding, talent acquisition and compliance. She is a member of SHRM and serves as the Certification Director on the HRACC board.    Deb holds an MS in HR Management from the University of Connecticut, and is a Summa Cum Laude graduate with a BS from Albertus Magnus College. 

    Jen Carty, SHRM-SCP, SPHR
    Jen has over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources in various industries including Retail, Manufacturing, and Hospitality. She is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Magna Hospitality Group, where she performs and manages the full recruitment life cycle.   She is a member of SHRM and serves as College Relations Director on the HRACC board.  She holds additional memberships with the HR Leadership Forum of Southern New England, the Staffing Management Association (SMA).  She is an Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University, teaching Undergraduate courses in the HR Management program.
