In this interactive presentation, you will have the opportunity to discover your preferences, read others better, and enhance your customer service through a better understanindg of how you communicate.
Our presenter will provide a brief presentation of each of the 4 styles of communication based on the Everything DiSC® assessment. You'll also learn tools on how to reaach each other's preferred styles, along with a discusson on the importance of flexing to provide the highest level of successful interactions with others.
