OUR SPEAKER
Ed Brzychcy is a former U.S. Army Infantry Staff-Sergeant with service across three deployments supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. Building on lessons learned while leading his soldiers and across careers in consulting and academia, Ed now helps business leaders craft more robust, agile, and collaborative organizations. He specializes in organizational design, development, and culture–maintaining an entrepreneurial perspective–helping organizations and leaders build strong, consistent, and self-improving practices in their business processes and team relationships. Ed earned his MBA from Babson College in 2016, where he now serves as an Adjunct Professor of Practice, teaching classes on organizational behavior, management, and entrepreneurship. He works extensively within the veteran community through the SBA's New England Veterans Business Outreach Center and the VETRN MBA Program.
