In this highly interactive workshop, we’ll learn the holistic Total Rewards approach to attracting and retaining talent amid funding constraints and competitive labor markets.

The session will cover a shared framework, compensation fundamentals, and market pricing concepts, followed by interactive scenarios that challenge internal equity, external competitiveness, affordability, and employee experience.

We’ll break into groups to discuss real-world examples and discuss practical steps for applying Total Rewards strategies within your organization.

    Key takeaways:
    - an introduction to the total rewards pyramid framework
    - how the levers work together when you can’t win on pay alone
    - the difference between merit, market and equity pay adjustments
    - what market pricing really means
    - how to make sound, market-informed compensation decisions

CREDITS:  This session has been submitted to HRCI and to SHRM for recertification credits.
