About this Event
For the first time in history, we are seeing employees range in age from 18 to 80; this generational gap and diversity brings a wealth of benefits and challenges to employers. Generational diversity can be a great competitive advantage for companies that embrace it. However, the challenges can be disruptive when there are generational differences in communication styles, worldviews, motivations, and even definitions of “diversity” and “inclusion.” First, we must understand these generational differences before we can bring about any real change in our organizations. Let's engage in a conversation about how to foster a workplace environment where every generation can thrive and contribute meaningfully to work.
