In this leadership training session you will learn what makes up the Character of a Leader.  You will learn the importance of being professional, outward AND inward.  You’ll gain insight and begin to visualize what a leader is and what a leader is not.

Leaders Know Why

At the center of every leader is a mission and a purpose.  Their superpower comes from their Why.  You will learn the importance of a personal mission statement and the how and the what that come out of having a purpose and mission.

ABOUT OUR PRESENTER:

Steve Krok – Director of Leadership Development at U.S. Electrical Services, Inc.

Steve began his career working for a startup ERP software company in the early 90's at the cusp of the software boom. During the first 10 years of his career he took on the roles of project manager, trainer and consultant for the hard goods distribution industry in which the software served. Over the next 8 years he shifted to a primary role in sales as a sales engineer. In 2012 Steve joined U.S Electrical Services as the Director of Training and Process Improvement. Over the last 3 years he has taken on the Director of Leadership Development role leading the company’s Sales and Leadership Development Program (ALPS) and creating/conducting customized leadership development trainings throughout the organization.
