    What are the primary issues that organizations face today relative to DEIB and what sources can be used to better understand where organizations need to focus?
    This session is designed to increase knowledge and awareness that goes beyond organizational members with different backgrounds, cultures, ages, races, genders, sexuality, religions, physical conditions, and beliefs to create a more harmonious workplace.

    • The importance of inclusiveness and belonging; how diversity does not guarantee an inclusion and belonging environment.
