VIRTUAL: Thriving Forward with Mindfulness for HR Professionals

-create a plan for starting (and maintaining) a meditation practice

RECERTIFICATION CREDITS
This program has been submitted to HRCI for 1.0 Recertification Credits, and to SHRM for 1.0 Professional Development Credit. Please note: you must participate in the entire webinar to receive credit.

Cheryl L. Jones

As an entrepreneur with four startups under her belt, Cheryl Jones has been a recognized leader in the wellness industry introducing evidenced-based practices and principles to help people flourish personally and professionally.
