ProjectConnect
Jessica works with organizations to build employee connection, community and positive relationship to positively affect job satisfaction and retention. She created the ProjectConnect program to help small groups of participants get to quickly know each other and build positive relationships. Jessica received her master's degree from South College School for Social Work and began her career providing individual and group counseling. She has two decades of experience developing evidenced-based programs that improve employee well-being.
