Pam Thornton knows HR because she’s lived it on the front lines and at the leadership table.
With over 30 years of experience, Pam is the Director of Strategic HR Services at the Employers Association of the NorthEast, where she leads a team of HR professionals and partners with organizations to navigate everything from compliance and employee relations to leadership development and workforce strategy.
Her background includes HR leadership roles with organizations like LEGO Systems and K2 Sports, and today she works directly with companies facing the same challenges many of us are dealing with supporting managers, handling complex employee issues, and building workplaces that actually work.
Pam is known for being practical, direct, and solutions-focused. She doesn’t deal in theory she brings real-world strategies HR professionals can actually use.
