WEBINAR: Financial Bootcamp for HR’s Seat at the Strategic Table
This webinar will provide a basic understanding of accounting and finance principles in a format relevant to professionals in human resource management. Learning objectives include:
Understand the key sources of financial information, how they are compiled, and how they are used in decision making and performance evaluation.
Conduct analysis of financial statements using key financial ratios.
Diagnose pros and cons of budgeting and cost accounting techniques.
Apply financial logic to making business decisions and applying this logic to human resource management.
Evaluate the methods that financial professionals use to assess value creation when making strategic decisions.
